RETURN / EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS
You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their REPLACEMENT since the footwear items provided by our online store may not meet your expectations due to their non-physical presence at the time of purchase.
Return / Exchange of Non-Defective Products
Our online store is no different from the physical store of KATSALIS GEORGILAS VIKENTIOS INDIVIDUAL BUSINESS, so whether the return is due to a change in size, color or for any reason such as for example because you were not happy with your product, the possibility of return is provided within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt.
Return of product to the physical store.
The product can be returned by visiting our store at 6 Lycabettus Street, Athens, presenting all the documents that accompanied the product (MA, Retail Sales).
If the product is available immediately, the customer receives it on site with the new cash receipt. Otherwise, the customer receives a Return Receipt and the corresponding credit coupon valid for six (6) months from the date of issue and of the same value as the product to be returned, for a future purchase from our store at 6 Lycabettus Street, Athens or from our online store. In the event that the customer visits our physical store within 6 months to redeem the exchange credit coupon by selecting a new product, the customer must necessarily have the Return Receipt and the credit coupon with him. Without the presentation of the above documents, it IS NOT POSSIBLE to pay off the store’s debt by selecting a new product.
Return of product by mail.
The return of the product is possible by sending the product to our store at the expense of KATSALIS GEORGILAS VIKENTIOS INDIVIDUAL BUSINESS – after prior contact by phone with our store or via email at lemisiosathens@gmail.com, with all the documents that accompanied the product (MA, Retail Receipt). If the product desired by the customer is available immediately, then it is sent accompanied by the corresponding official return receipt, the new cash register receipt and the corresponding shipping note. In case of inability to ship the product due to exhaustion of stocks, KATSALIS GEORGILAS VIKENTIOS INDIVIDUAL BUSINESS will contact you and send you a Return Receipt and the corresponding credit coupon valid for six (6) months from the date of issue and of the same value as the product to be returned, for future purchase from our store at 6 Lycabettus Street or from our online store. When within the 6-month period the customer selects a new product through our online store, it is sent accompanied by a new cash register receipt and the corresponding shipping note mentioning the corresponding return receipt and the credit coupon which is now considered as paid by our store. If the new product is more expensive than the return receipt, then the additional amount is paid either by cash on delivery upon receipt of the product or by credit card through our online store.
If the return is not made within 15 working days, then KATSALIS GEORGILAS VIKENTIOS INDIVIDUAL BUSINESS may not accept any return for replacement.
In the event of shipping the product, we emphasize that the return date of the returned product is considered to be the one indicated by the post office on the receipt, for the purpose of checking the deadline.
In any case, the returned products must be in the condition they were received by the customer, complete and undamaged, and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition, along with all the documents that accompanied the product (MA, Retail Certificate).
In summary, the return and replacement of a product is possible under the following conditions:

▪ the return must be made within 15 calendar days from the day of receipt.
▪ the product must not have been used.
▪ the product must be accompanied by all necessary documents proving the transaction (MA, Retail Receipt).
As evidence of the store’s debt for the amount of the returned goods, the customer retains the receipt of the mail that sent them.
If the product does not meet the aforementioned conditions, it will be returned to its sender at the sender’s expense.
Return / Exchange of Defective Products
In cases where, with proven fault of KATSALIS GEORGILAS VIKENTIOS INDIVIDUAL BUSINESS, products of poor and defective quality were sold or due to an error in receiving the order, in pricing, in shipping, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc., then it assumes full responsibility for the replacement as well as the re-shipment costs.
In case of inability to replace the product due to exhaustion of stocks, KATSALIS GEORGILAS VIKENTIOS INDIVIDUAL BUSINESS will contact you and will send you a Retail Return Receipt and a credit coupon valid for six (6) months from the date of issue and of the same value as the product to be returned, for future purchase at our store at 6 Lycabettus Street or from our online store. The return terms remain the same as those mentioned above.
